I changed my transmission oil for the first time and then I wanted to change engine oil and when I went to do my primary oil,the first thing I did was take theDerby cover off and I tried to take off the Torgue screws but II couldnt loosen them.So the last shop that had it off was this shop.So I rode down to Myrtle Beach South Harley. I explained what was wrong and they looked at and agreed with me 100% . Theydrilled them out and changed my oil in the primary and put new screws in, washed my bike all at NO CHARGE. Thank you very much

On the ride from Northwest GA to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation, the highway pegs on my Ultra Limited came loose. Needless to say, this made the 470 mile ride somewhat unpleasant and painful. Call the service department at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning and arrived 30 minutes later. A technician met me on the pad and within 5 minutes, he had my pegs fixed. The main reason I am writing this response is because many places will "nickel and dime you to death"; however, when he finished my bike, he told me to have a great day and be safe. When I asked what I owed for his work, he simply stated that there was no charge and he was happy to help. Believe me, you don't find this kind of service just anywhere. I thank you and my legs definitely thank you. You've got my business from now on.

This past June of 2019 I had ridden with friends from NY to Myrtle Beach for a vacation for a week. June 7th,2019, the day before we were to leave ,my shifter and shifter shaft stripped and I couldnt shift the bike. Luckily I was only 3 miles away from the dealer. Got it into 3rd gear and stopped by around 3 pm. Service manager was outstanding. I explained that I had to get home the next morning. They took my bike right in and 45 minutes tops was all good to go!!! Hats off to you guys. Thankyou so much again!!!

The Harley Shop At The Beach located in North Myrtle Beach gave an awesome customer service experience. We had an issue with our bike on 05/26/19 and they got us back on the road to Arizona the very next day. Emilio and Vinny in the service department were so knowledgeable and kind... Give these guys a raise!!

I had an oil change done today at this location, and everyone I talked to there was super helpful and friendly!! Thanks! AND they even washed my trike after the service!! Too bad it rained off and on all day! And there a a couple of VERY pretty ladies that work there that made the visit worthwhile! The men there........not so pretty!
